- From what age should I count my child as 1 person when I make a reservation?
- Free until 3 years old. (Sleeping in the parents’ bed) Basically, one person’s fee will be charged if another bed-making is needed.
- When will the cancellation fee be charged?
- In principle, 100% of the total fee will be charged as a cancellation fee if you cancel your reservation after 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
Please contact us for more details about the cancellation policies. It may be different among guesthouses.
- I would like to cancel my reservation on the day of my scheduled arrival date.

- Yes. 100% of the total fee will be charged.

- How can I check-in?
- Once we have confirmed your payment, we will send you the password of the lock of the guesthouse.
Please enter the guesthouse directly with the password.
- Can I leave my luggage before the check-in time (15:00)?
- Please leave it at the guesthouse or at our office near Kyoto station.
Please note that cleaning may not be finished when you leave your luggage at the guesthouse.
Opening hours of our office are from 9 am to 10 pm.
You can also leave your luggage after check-out at our office.

- You can leave your luggage at our office before and/or during your stay.

- How do I make a payment?
- You can make a payment by cash or credit card at Kyoto station of at our office near Kyoto station with our staff.
If you provide your e-mail address when you make a reservation, we will send you the invoice. You can make a payment by your credit card with the invoice.
If payment is confirmed, we will send you the password of the lock of the guesthouse. Please head directly to the guesthouse.

- How can I get to the guesthouse?
- We will send you a guidebook filled with transportation information by train, bus and taxi. Please refer to this guidebook.
